ARod after a 54D session

Rise and shine. And burns lots and lots of calories.

On Saturday morning, normal humans will have the chance to experience the favorite 54D celebrity workout.

The fitness freak loved by workout demons like Adriana Lima, Juanes and Alex Rodriguez (the ex-baller even did it on his yacht trying to get over JLo this summer) heads to the Jungle Plaza of Design District from 7:30 a.m. sharp.

This is probably your only chance to try this nine-week, $ 4,000 “human transformation” program for free.

Get ready to bring your A-game to practice with the founders, former football pros Rodrigo Garduño and Rodrigo de Ovando, both of whom will be on site, ready to see you sweat it out.

So what is the 54D? A nine-week “results-based” training program combining high-intensity group training, personalized nutrition and recovery therapy.

Sorry, this session is only an hour and a half long, but you can get adrift of the world we’re talking about from the lockdown. High-intensity interval training is modeled after what various athletes do to train for sports such as soccer, volleyball, and running.

The system “guarantees” the results to anyone willing to make a full commitment for the duration of the program.

If you like how you feel and take care of that class, 54D has a studio in Coral Gables and is planning a gym in the Design District this fall.

“We have built an amazing community in South Florida and look forward to continuing to grow our local 54D family,” said Garduño.
