Final Surge has partnered with IRONMAN to launch the IRONMAN Training Plan Marketplace. This allows athletes training for IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3 and 5150 events to find and use training plans created by certified IRONMAN U coaches.
IRONMAN U coaches have worked with Final Surge to develop training plans for each specific IRONMAN race, giving athletes options to choose from based on their experience level and the number of weeks they wish to train .
Athletes can then use their purchased plan in the free Final Surge app and web platform. Most plans on the market contain structured workouts, allowing athletes to sync planned workouts with apps like Garmin Connect and TrainerRoad.
Once completed, workouts are synced to Final Surge so athletes can analyze their training and adjust future planned workouts as needed.
