REGISTER NOW: Brevard Schools Adult Education Basic Construction Training Course Begins May 3

Brevard Public Schools Adult & Community Education, in conjunction with Education Is Cool, will present an 82.5-hour, 12-week, short-term foundation training program in Titusville. Classes will take place from May 3 to July 23. meeting Tuesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and some Saturdays.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard Public Schools Adult & Community Education, in conjunction with Education Is Cool, will present an 82.5-hour, 12-week, short-term basic education program in Titusville.

Classes will take place from May 3 to July 23. meeting Tuesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and some Saturdays.

Participants will learn hands-on, coupled with fundamental theory, using National Construction Center for Education and Research training materials to enter the workforce at an accelerated pace.

Participants who complete the program will have the knowledge and skills to fill construction shortages in skilled positions. After completing the course and receiving their certifications, they receive placement assistance with reputable construction companies in the area with the help of HZ Construction.

There will be several registration events at North Brevard to answer any questions and to help with the application process.

Registration events will take place on the following dates:

■ Saturday February 19, 2022 – Parc Cuyler Titusville 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
■ Saturday March 26, 2022 – Parc Issac Campbell Titusville 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
■ Saturday April 9, 2022 – Parc Cuyler Titusville 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
